How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes around 7–25 days, depending on the destination, product and warehouse location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once tracking information is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to Austria, selected EU countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping is available above the applicable minimum order value for your region.

Can I use your harnesses for daily walks?

Yes. Our harnesses are designed to provide comfort and control for everyday walks and outdoor adventures.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and Amy & Co. also offers a voluntary return period of up to 30 days after receiving your order, subject to our Return Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns or withdrawals, return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
