Withdrawal and Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded through our online store within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may notify us, for example, by email or letter.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but use of the form is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online through the Returns & Cancellations function available in your customer account at account.amyandco.shop.
If you use this online withdrawal function, we will provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium without undue delay, including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its submission.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you in connection with the withdrawn order, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
We are not required to reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any additional fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
4. Returning Goods Following Withdrawal
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Please contact us at info@amyandco.shop so that we can provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address for your order.
Please do not send goods to our business address without first checking the applicable return instructions, as the correct return address for your order may be different.
Contacting us in advance for the purpose of receiving the appropriate return address does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a standard withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
This applies in particular where you no longer want the item, it does not fit as desired, or you decide against the purchase for another personal reason.
If the goods were delivered defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, your statutory warranty rights apply. In such cases, please contact us at info@amyandco.shop before returning the goods so that we can arrange an appropriate solution and, where applicable, the necessary return shipment.
6. Inspection of Goods and Loss of Value
During the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you may inspect the goods to the extent that would also be possible in a physical retail store or as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Opening the packaging or reasonably inspecting the goods therefore does not automatically result in the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, Amy & Co. voluntarily offers consumers a return period of 30 days in total from the date the goods are received.
After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, a return may therefore still be requested until the end of the 30th day following receipt of the goods, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for our voluntary return policy, the goods must be:
- unused and unworn,
- unwashed,
- undamaged and clean,
- returned with the original tags where applicable,
- returned complete with any accessories, and
- returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Reasonable inspection of the goods during the statutory withdrawal period remains unaffected by these conditions.
To use our voluntary return policy, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods at info@amyandco.shop.
We will then provide you with the appropriate return address for your order.
The direct cost of returning the goods under our voluntary return policy is borne by the customer.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not affect or restrict the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or any other statutory consumer rights.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
If an item:
- arrives damaged,
- is defective,
- does not correspond to what you ordered, or
- is the wrong item,
please contact us at info@amyandco.shop.
Please do not independently return such an item before we have provided you with the relevant return instructions.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement where the relevant legal requirements are met.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
9. Exceptions to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may cease to apply under the conditions prescribed by law, in particular to:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
An exception applies only where the relevant statutory requirements are actually met.
The fact that an item was discounted or purchased as part of a promotion does not by itself exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
10. Exchanges
A direct exchange for another size, colour or different product may not always be available.
If you would like a different item, please contact us at info@amyandco.shop.
Depending on the circumstances, the original item may be returned and a new order placed separately.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Refunds Under Our Voluntary Return Policy
If goods are returned after the statutory withdrawal period under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will inspect the returned goods once they have been received.
If the conditions of our voluntary return policy are met, we will generally refund the relevant purchase price using the payment method originally used for the order.
Original shipping costs are generally not refunded under the voluntary return policy once the statutory withdrawal period has expired, unless otherwise required by law.
The statutory rules applicable to withdrawals exercised within the first 14 days remain unaffected.
